we had a great stay at hyatt place! the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. they really made us feel welcome. the complimentary shuttle to get around the area was a fantastic perk. breakfast was another highlight, with wonderful staff making it a pleasure every morning. plus, the kids loved the spacious king room with two king beds.
